Occupancy of buildings and their alterations

- 1 - Abstract This thesis deals with the Occupancy of buildings and their alterations. To select this theme inspired me the decision to leave home and reconstruction of apartment. The aim of this thesis was to exclusion and describing the problems of practices that lead to the occupancy of buildings. A choice selected institute was targeted because the area governed by the Building Act is very wide. Another aim was to define the differences of the amended provisions. I also considered it important to outline the practice of building offices. The thesis is presented a short introduction. The sources of law are discussed in the first chapter. This chapter is divided into four subchapters and this chapter is dealing with the historical development of legislation, current sources of legislation, the last amendment to the building law and its deficiencies. Content of the second chapter is interpretation of some terms that relate to occupancy of buildings. This is essentially a building, "black" building, change of the completed building, change building before its completed, change in the way of building occupancy and builder. 1 Final inspection approval of construction programme de lege lata, de lege ferenda Abstract This master thesis aims on providing a comprehensive overview of an issue regarding the final inspection approval of construction programme and identification of errors associated with the current legal regulation of final inspection approval by Act No. 225/2017 Coll., and providing de lege ferenda proposals and answering question, whether the process is actually being simplified and accelerated, as declared the explanatory memorandum to the amendment to the Building Act No. 225/2017 Coll. compared to the state before. The master's thesis is composed of six chapters. Chapter one aims on legal sources governing the issue of construction law. The most important legislation concerning the issue is listed. Second chapter determines basic concepts contained in the Building Act associated with final inspection approval, which are necessary for understanding of this master thesis content. These concepts are structure, developer, part of the structure, temporary structure, change of the finished structure, or general conditions for construction. Prepared amendment of the building act

Contribution is devoted to prepared changes to the Building Act No. 183/2006 Coll. The prepared changes should bring simplification and clarification of procedures for permitting and siting of buildings. The amendment to the Building Act should bring a number of changes that should be higher and should affect almost the whole Building Act. This contribution focuses only on some proposed changes and the changes in definitions, changes in the planning, construction permitting and the question of use of buildings.

On 22nd October 2012, major recast of the Building Act was published in the legal collection under No. 350/2012 Coll. The law fundamentally changes number of procedures of building authorities and other stakeholders. This major recast of the act came into force on 1st January 2013 and includes changes that should bring simplification and clarification of various approaches to building placement and building permission. Changes of the Building Act are broad and cover almost the entire building law. Regarding the scale of the changes, this contribution focuses only on some of them that are related to changes of terms and definitions, and especially changes in spatial procedures. Marginally it mentions some changes within the building permitting, including building announcing.

The aim of thesis is the characteristic of bulding controllegislation under the old Bulding Act No. 50/1976 Coll., by later regulations, which expired on 31 12th 2006 and the new Bulding Act No. 183/2006 Coll., by later regulations, effective from 1 1st 2007th. In the main section ( section six) is the specific tesearch andanalysis. The autor have focused on a factual office bulding, including a practical example, the family house. Offences againstthe bulding code are included in the next section of the thesis. Comparison with the other EU Memeber States (Slovak Republic) was compared to the Bulding Act of the Czech Republic and Slovakai. The problem of bulding management passed in recent years, many significant changes. The leasing of this is the Construction Act ? Act No. 183/2006 Coll. Planning Building Code, which came into effect on 1 1st 2007th. The aim of this newregulation should be primarily simplify the construction procedure However, more detailed look at the many changes in the law at lest controversial, or even been to complicate the current process.
Process procedures in area management and construction management

This diploma thesis is focused on issues of positioning, licensing and fruition of civil engineering projects. The aim of this work is to analyze these matters and create subsequently single consecutions facilitating orientation in the construction law for the employers. First the elemental terms of procedure modelling and methodology are introduced to reader to be used further in the text for illustration of the processes. Furthermore particular types of construction positioning, planning permissions and fruition of constructions are analyzed to demonstrate the progression and essential inputs for gaining the authorization within the required moves. In the final part particular procedures giving instructions for the employers which steps to make for realization of their construction plan are elaborated. All the procedures are derived from the types of positioning, permissions and fruition of constructions as in the text described. Short presentation as an operative manual for employers assigning constructions to particular procedures is added.
